Council Exchange Board of Trade (CEBOT) International Trade Initiative

A Brief Case for International Support

CEBOT works to ensure a level playing field for U.S. minority businesses who are in the technology industry.  CEBOT has partnered with the U.S. Department of Commerce to better promote exporting into targeted counties.

Along with trade CEBOT is facilitating foreign direct investments into our members and community stakeholders to include minority serving institutions like Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSIs), and Tribal Institutions (TI).  CEBOT is also focused on indexing outcomes by focusing on key performance indicators and innovative approaches to trade missions and country level procurement engagements.

"International trade bolsters the social and economic capital of the minority technology industry.  The Minority  Readiness Initiative systematically  improves  the global business environment for minority businesses  and institutions while strengthening the competitiveness of our members."
